Our policy is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 60 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
You did not receive the electronic version of your art on time, depending on the urgency of the order.
Art made in a different style.
Item is damaged.
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
