Please do not send photos with filters applied. Photos from Instagram are accepted (a link to a photo or profile with a photo is required).

When ordering ART, you get: 1. Jpeg image - 3500x4500 px. 2. TIFF file for printing - 3500x4500 px; 300 dpi. 3. Jpeg image optimized for Instagram - 1080x1350 px; 4:5 (8:10).

The speed of order execution depends on my workload.

I carry out all orders in turn (from 2 to 20 days). Basically, the production time for web art is 2 days.

Refund policy Our policy is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can ask for a refund. If the period of 60 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• You did not receive the electronic version of your art on time, depending on the urgency of the order.

Please note that after the production of the 1st version of the art, the money cannot be returned in full due to the time I spent.
