When ordering ART, you get:
1. Jpeg image - 3500x4500 px.
2. TIFF file for printing - 3500x4500 px; 300 dpi.
3. Jpeg image optimized for Instagram - 1080x1350 px; 4:5 (8:10).

The speed of order execution depends on my workload.

I carry out all orders in turn (from 2 to 20 days). Basically, the production time for web art is 2 days.

Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can ask for a refund. If the period of 60 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

 

Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• You did not receive the electronic version of your art on time, depending on the urgency of the order.

Please note that after the production of the 1st version of the art, the money cannot be returned in full due to the time I spent.

For example: make a face more elongated; make the nose smaller or larger; change the color of the hair or eyes (if you want us to change the color, then specify the color); add a tattoo to the body; style of specific years; cyberpunk style; as well as your other wishes...

Full payment should be made by you through the payment system 2checkout (verifone) by bank card or via PayPal.

I will send an invoice to WhatsApp after the approval of your wishes for the art.

You can request up to three major art changes if you don't like the result. See return policy for details.

In order to create art for you as soon as possible, I need quick answers from you to some questions. E-mail is extremely inconvenient to conduct a dialogue. That's why I use instant messengers to communicate with clients.
